Printful App

This company used to be “decent” a few years ago, but these days they just keep increasing prices and reducing quality. Print areas on clothing are severely limited and overpriced, and you never know which, possibly terrible printer will be fulfilling your orders. Customer service may be prompt, but they are all trained like insurance company reps to deny returns or exchanges on defective goods. They are either growing more desperate to survive, or have just reached the point of pure corporate greed. Useless for artists creating anything unique, and barely passable for low quality corporate swag.

I’m a #Shopify Business Owner and having a really hard time customizing my branded products; nothing seems to be working like supposed, from making a simple hoodie or a small cup of coffee, the application crashes almost every single time! When it’s not crashing, the app removes the customization altogether; making you repeat over and over again … non-stop for hours! 🔁 It’s getting this ridiculous, as we can’t save and continue editing our projects! Update: After screen recording for nearly 3 hours, I have finally understood that this is a total SCAM, Shopify promotes #Printful as a #DropShipping service, although that isn’t even possible, you have to pay all orders BEFORE. Total SCAM!

I love the quality of the items that I’ve sampled so far! My designs have been transferred perfectly and takes the stress of producing the products off of me. I’ve tried several companies and by-far, Printful has impressed me the most!

I have experienced very poor customer support. It claims to be open 24/7, but it's never available. When I was finally able to speak with someone, they said they couldn't help and would reach out later, but they never did. It's been almost two weeks, and my item hasn't been sent. This service is unacceptable, and I will stop using this company.

You guys updated the app and now I can’t put orders on hold, resume, or cancel them while I’m on the go. Then what is the mobile app for? Not useful. Please fix it.
