Pro Referral

The app used to be good, but since the latest update its not acting the same way, I’m getting lotta spam calls and unresponsive Clients

I was referred to pro referrals by a friend and I’ve been on this app for over 30 days paid for insurance and till this day I haven’t received a lead yet . There’s never no response or the number is not a working number it’s really a waste of time .

I’ve been trying to work with this app for years but, I’m done. It’s extremely annoying knowing all of the money I’ve spent is for nothing. In a month I may receive 6 leads. Of those 6 leads 1 may respond. After they receive an estimate no response. This app is over saturated with contractors willing to do work for pennies. Sending leads to more than one contractor is unfair and greedy.

I really like the program they run. I can say I have an issue mostly with the leads being super out of my area (Yes I have my profile set up for local) and small jobs. I mean very very small. I’ve tried so many times to talk to them but now I just get a refund and pass someone else can have the lead. Problem then is you’re out of the loop of good leads in my area. I did get about 10 leads in 2 months but 2 were actual leads and I got 1 small handrail replacement. Customer tried to leave 5 star review and system wouldn’t let her.

It is a scam to get you to only buy at Home Depot! They will not send you any quality leads, they are fake! When you reach out and email them they will stop responding. They will not help you at all. This program gets you NOTHING for spending. Lowe’s gives you cash rewards!

When it logs me out it says email password wrong even as soon as I open it even though I never put any credentials in. It also does not give me the option to log in again at all. So many bugs I always have to delete and reinstall and even though it doesn’t work sometimes.

I cannot get the app to work since the first of the year - 2024. Can’t reply to leads and can’t update my profile. Too bad it was thw only reason I shopped at Home Depot to get leads.

It’s about 6 months since I worked with HomeDepot as an electrician contractor. I don’t know should I say thousand times “thanks” to HomeDepot. It’s very good times to work with HD clients, most of them are an elderly people, I charged them as low as possible for my lead. How’s can I do that? I don’t have to pay any fees like Angi, Thumstack. I loved to help my clients, they are polite and very nice to me. Again, thanks Hd.

Are you guys giving the same lead to multiple contractors? It seems that way, when we reach out (within 5 minutes) the client is upset they’re getting too many calls!

4 leads in a couple of weeks, and 2 of the 4 are literal scam accounts. Just as another review said, customers generally don’t respond by email or phone. And the scams get my phone number when I call them. I’m not sure what if any mechanisms are in place with this app to ensure scam accounts are not able to be created. So far this is not worth the hassle and money I spent for a background check. Anyone thinking of using it? Do a hard pass.
