Great App! Can schedule appointments, send messages to healthcare providers, review your test results.

Opening anything takes so long on this app. I never had an issue with the my chat app but going through this one it takes 1-3 mins to open any message or result or any part of your information

All of the services I have got at Providence have been EXCELLENT!

they’ve had my bacc from day 1! made sure i was getting my medications and stucc up for me. @Safeway in lacey off of yelm highway, a terribly inconsiderate & rude staff was not approving my insurance and I was dealing with scabies and they were aware of that and said that they did not have the medication i needed there so of no assistance whatsoever they told me i had to call around to other safeways MYSELF !! & try to find the medication!! 🤯🧘‍♂️ The staff @Providence was like, hand them to me, I don’t know what was said, but i got my medication and got rid of the scabies! Thank You Providence for truly caring about your patients.

This app helps me find care options for Providence with minimal effort. I love the video visits and how I can see my health record or send messages to my doctor!

I had such a wonderful experience at the MOB . I was getting some pre op lab and EKG done . Fatima went above and beyond to help me! She is very kind and caring! So professional! She is a Gem ! You are lucky to have her !!!

Easy to find info.

I love MyChart because its design helps users effortlessly recall discussions and dates. I also like how convenient the App is, particularly how it affords a space that may be revisited.

Almost impossible to use. I try to write messages and the keyboard pop-up covers the submit/next buttons. So then I have to delete my message. Write it in another app and then paste it into your app, which only works a portion of the time and furthermore, will still often pop up the keyboard, and again cover the next or submit buttons. Useless!
