Provident Bank

The app is supposed to make things easier and save you a trip to the actual bank but when I tried to deposit checks for my 3 minor children it rejected them for 2 of the kids because the checks were all the same amount from the same place even though they had different names on them (each child had their own) so now I have to go to the bank and deposit the other ones and now it won’t be in my account until after the weekend which is extremely inconvenient.

I want to see my credit score like Lakeland had.

Never works always delayed. Time to move to another bank since I travel overseas and need this App

Every time I try to deposit my computer generated payroll check, it can’t read the check and I have to go into the bank to deposit it. This is so annoying! The tellers tell me there’s nothing wrong with the check and they can’t figure out why mobile deposit is rejecting it. I hope they update this soon!

This Bank is a joke. Policies are a joke. Customer support is a joke. Management is a joke. EVERYTHING IS A JOKE. If you own this app, you’re with the wrong bank. SWITCH. This is your sign! Almost any other bank does a better job at everything.

The app would be more efficient if there was a (quick review) of accounts tab. This would allow customers to view the accounts without logging into the account.
