All good but the bug
When I try to pay a bill via Bancontact App it transferring me to the wrong app (Charleroi airport).

Poor performance and bad experience
Can’t check my bills, simply not loading. Not user-friendly app with lots of limitations.
Proximus diskriminiert Grenzgänger.
Je vis en Belgique et je travaille à l’étranger. Comment se fait-il que Proximus n’autorise désormais l’identification qu’avec un numéro de téléphone belge ? Ce n’était pas le cas jusqu’à récemment. Les employés m’ont dit qu’il n’y avait plus de solution pour ce type de situation. Il ne s’agit pas de demander un cadeau à Proximus, mais simplement de rendre l’identification accessible. Sinon, ils perdront de nombreux clients – moi y compris.
Bad UI, unnecessary features
This app tries to be everything it doesn’t need to be. A ton of features but unable to pay bills with the latest update. Useless.
Seeing the bills????
3 stars only because the app looks nice and it’s easy to track consumption but why on earth can I not see the detailed bills??? Why can I meet my neighbours, find restaurants or book train tickets through the app of my internet provider but if I want to know why I get charged more than usually I have to look up the bill in my email because this useless app does not allow me to do so?????

Just like Proximus‘ other services: a complete catastrophe getting worse and worse.
