Completely useless! Always crush! Poor connectivity! Un-user friendly! Hard to use, wrong information. Regret from upgrading my old version to this. Even worse thn b4!

This app is absolutely useless. I believe most of the users have regretted upgrading to this version with the fact that there is no way to have the original Metlink back (even there is classic metlink in Appstore which is no longer supported by PT) . This version contains no transportation option, and the connectivity in the search field has yet to be properly functioned.

It is really difficult to use and not as useful and clearly as the old one！！plZ. change！！

Lost all the favourite stop from the old one, also usablity = less.

This version is totally useless. The old one is much better. Another classic of don't fix whatz not broken.

This apps is really a rubbish Can't even see a clear train map Not user friendly Very different to search for timetable for people who r not familiar with all the train stop name

After all this time, the app STILL makes you sign in every 30 days (let’s not mention how your plastic Myki card “expires” forcing you to repurchase and creating waste) and has bodgy “secret” security questions that seem very hackable. Melburnians deserved better but never got it.
