After all this time, the app STILL makes you sign in every 30 days (let’s not mention how your plastic Myki card “expires” forcing you to repurchase and creating waste) and has bodgy “secret” security questions that seem very hackable. Melburnians deserved better but never got it.
As a retired , very senior person I use public transport, and feel safe . I only travel during the day. Thank you
Useless to navigate. I put in correct date/times in journey planner.
Journey planners give wrong information
Please fix the timetables it doesn’t show live times of the trains only set timetables and doesn’t show any delays on trains. Absolute shocking app please fix it
So many bugs and user experience issues. All is not tested enough and not good enough for 2024.
…is PTV so low-functioning? No CC tap on. No real tracker app. No iPhone tap on. Insanely expensive. One of the stranger examples of poor public transport infrastructure I’ve encountered.
In this day and age you still don’t have apple wallet capability and you still need a physical card. It’s completely ridiculous and you’ve wasted development time building features no one cares about instead of building feature that are actually useful
I don’t know why but this app constantly logs you out of your account and it doesn’t save the mykis . It logged me out and said I need an account to scan my myki to see how much money is on it, so I pressed forgot password, it sent me an email with a random long password that it doesn’t let you copy so you have to write it down, and I used it. But it then brings up a screen „enter old password, enter new password, confirm new password“ like what? I can’t…
