No matter what I (successfully) reset my password to, it never lets me login

I wanted QDoba tonight and tried to use the app to order along the drive I had to do. Found a location on the map, put in my food order, and then it started to fall apart. Only available drinks are bottled Coke, Diet Coke, and water. Ew. I wanted a fountain drink. And I set up the time I’d be there to pick it up, but when I went to pay it flipped back to “ASAP”. No autofill of anything. No Apple Pay. Just too much hassle for a meal that was supposed to be fast. I guess I’m going elsewhere.

Not able to login with my updated password

App updated to enhance the ordering process, supposedly, but also to limit passwords to no more than 25 characters. My existing password is longer than that, so it won’t let me log in! Why go backwards? You should be pushing people to have passwords with a MINIMUM of 25 characters, not a maximum. The app has always kind of sucked anyway, but this is just insane.

App is functional (+1 star) Did get food (+1 star) App is severely lacking (-3 stars) How, in 2024, do your signup fields not have any autofill options? How can I not pay with Apple Pay? No credit card autofill? Weird password requirements?? All in all, the signup system and usability is very rough in comparison to other apps these days In your weekly meeting where you dig through bad reviews and address them I pray that you will assign as many story points as necessary in Jira to get these incredibly simple features implemented

App won’t keep me logged in and will not recognize correct password, so I have to change my password every time I try to order.

The app literally won’t work

Delete app and reload… sign in issue resolved.

When choosing a quesadilla you there is no option to choose a tortilla and then it errors out. Can’t complete an order this way.

The Qdoba app keeps logging out. Already having many passwords to remember, it is not near the top in priority. Why is it that this is only an issue on this application? The other restaurant apps do not have this issue. Chic-a-lay and Chipotle update and remain logged in.
