Horrible user support, in case of booking error from QEEQ.com you will never see any refund. Better did not use this service

Rented car in Barcelona, but by mistake in qeeq booking system real car was lower category(smaller with 3 doors, instead of 5, poor engine, which can’t go more than 80 km/h). I contacted with customer support, they opened a case and promised to refund money(150 € for class upgrade), but after paying for upgrading car to fit my initial booking with 5 doors car, they ignoring me on mail). I not recommend using this service, in case of issue you will be ignored. Stay safe and keep far from this

Booked a car in Ankara through this app. They gave me the fake rental car agent which doesn’t exists. I was running around the airport many hours trying to the find the car which did not exist, I contacted their support numerous times. Finally they charged me the whole amount + insurance, and their support replied to me “no show”. Taking money from people and not giving the service is not a good idea. Never use it.

Just remember that if you already paid for your rental, and if for any reason they dont give you the car, no money back from easyrentcars is guaranteed, their word against yours.

I have asked the information counter at the airport. There is no such car rental company in Narita. So there was no car provided to me. And I am the one to responsible to ask QEEQ for the full refund. But until now. I only got half refund. Please don’t book car from this car dealt company

My second time using Qeeq. The first time I was very pleased with the rate and the ease of booking. The second time I used them, was a different experience. I booked a car with free additional driver included however on arrival at car collection centre I was told that the additional driver was not included in the booking that Qeeq had loaded on their system and despite lengthy arguments at the counter with the agency manager, I was left with no alternative other than to pay an additional fee for this. I immediately contacted Qeeq to assist with reimbursing this fee as it was clearly stated in my contract from them that this was included. Despite repeated emails and over a month later I am still awaiting their response. Summary - if a deal is too good to be true, it usually is!!!

Don’t trust their customer service. And don’t even bother to join their diamond membership or you will regret.
