I have asked the information counter at the airport. There is no such car rental company in Narita. So there was no car provided to me. And I am the one to responsible to ask QEEQ for the full refund. But until now. I only got half refund. Please don’t book car from this car dealt company
My second time using Qeeq. The first time I was very pleased with the rate and the ease of booking. The second time I used them, was a different experience. I booked a car with free additional driver included however on arrival at car collection centre I was told that the additional driver was not included in the booking that Qeeq had loaded on their system and despite lengthy arguments at the counter with the agency manager, I was left with no alternative other than to pay an additional fee for this. I immediately contacted Qeeq to assist with reimbursing this fee as it was clearly stated in my contract from them that this was included. Despite repeated emails and over a month later I am still awaiting their response. Summary - if a deal is too good to be true, it usually is!!!
Don’t trust their customer service. And don’t even bother to join their diamond membership or you will regret.
Didn’t have a piece of information which rental company from email . Keep asking people around. And the rental company’s service is poor . Slow. Very slow. Waiting here got almost an hour
The UI is intuitive and responsive, the price drop protector saved me few bucks, just I won’t sure how it will pay me back. If it’s a coupon then it is less optimal.
I had two reservations canceled without any explanation from QEEQ Car Rental. When asked for the reason, they said I had been "blacklisted" for disputing a charge in the past. A charge that, in my opinion, was made unfairly since I never received the car and had to rent a new one, never getting a refund from QEEQ Car Rental. This is a typical mainland China style of management, where freedoms of even daring to complain about bad service are completely forbidden. Stay away from QEEQ Car Rental!
