Having issues after using for a few months, have asked for help with no response after days. App and account is lumpy.

Had v2 controller since 2016 and work like a charm and always on with wifi. Work nicely with my Home assistant Smart app as well. App is great but recently i found that you can stop only ONE next watering schedule which i find not useful since Iam in Sydney Australia and weather here got bizarre weather patterns recently and pls put back switching OFF multiple next schedules.. Also mention new integration with Tempest weather station and if Tempest work with any Rachio v1 and v2.

Now home kit doesn’t work it not the product I purchased. And it’s been broken for months

Can’t access all features due to Rachio 3 being illegal in Aus. Forced to buy Rachio 2 where not all features are enabled (weather zone plus), annoying. Apart from that, very impressive.

I live on the Gold Coast and water is expensive. Set and forget the Rachio by pointing it to a close by PWS, linking to IFTTT and using the Flex Daily schedule over our summer has kept the lawns green and halved our water bill.

Received my Rachio controller in Australia, just before setting off for a month in India and Vietnam. Set it all up before I went. Chose a very close Weather Station over the default one provided. It was the height of Summer with temperatures exceeding 40c. at times. It was a tremendous advantage to be able to receive online, real-time updates in foreign countries and to be able to remotely run an additional program, which I did a couple of times. I did this due mainly to inexperience with Rachio and my consequent nervousness. I came back to a flourishing garden. I highly recommend the app and Rachio to all keen gardeners. Wonderful piece of kit!
