Radical: Luggage Storage

Easy to find places to store luggage while traveling.

So, to put it frankly this is the most useless app I’ve encountered to this day. When trying to find a luggage storage in Bologna, you are better of opening your weather app. First three locations I tried seemed to just be randomly placed on the city map. The locals had never heard of any such service. From there, I was thinking ‘’mhm, mistakes happen’ so I tried to find another location in the city centre, found a nicely placed one, clicked the ‘detailed information’ to find the address, and boom - ‘Near Bologna Old Town’. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 could just as well have been put as ‘good luck finding it’ Uninstalled just the second after.

Have used the app in Stockhom and Porto. Freezes up constantly, despite good connection. Tired of having to reboot. Also, poor at navigating user to nearest location.

They are spamming notifications!

Got my first booking cancelled without notice. Second booking got changed to a different location also without notice. When I got to said (third) location staff said there's a bug in the app and they don't participate at all and sent me to a fourth location, which was far away. I ended up missing the show I had tickets for 😓

No storage at all! It’s a pure scam. I’d give 0 star if possible. This should be removed from App Store immediately.

Paid for this service. Went to location I was given. Someone’s apartment but no one was there and no one answered the phone we were calling. We had someone who spoke Spanish call from their phone and the person answered and said they don’t about radical storage or what we were talking about. So now I have to file with my credit card company to get my money back because they are unresponsive.

The staff was efficient and the drop-off/pick-up easy and seamless. Used them twice!
