Poor storage condition. Our 3 bags including one big luggadge placed bellow a coffee machine. I messaged them, sent alo pictures and they dont care. I am sorry I cant attach here pictures. I definietly don't recomand! Try other apps, companies.

This app is scam. Had the worst experience. booked a storage in Tottenham - the guy at the location complained that he did not receive the money from the app so he can not accept it. Ended up paying cash to him as well - double charge.

Liar liars- I don’t recommend
1st and most important: before to book the locker they said is 1 min away from the train station and after we payed the locker they sent us the location of the locker which was 10 min away from train station. After I informed them about the situation and asked a refund, they send me a message after 3 hours and offer me a luggage relocation. I used another locker direct from train station. 2nd - very expensive 5€/luggage
Not the most secure
The place was a store and the luggage was placed in the middle of the store. When we came back to pick it up we realized that it did not get lock anywhere. This locations should get proper checks. It can turn out maybe not so well.... it’s a pretty expensive service - 5 euros per luggage... we ended up paying 20... for one hour...
