Unfortunately I dealt with them I thought they are professional at the beginning but the marketing team totally unprofessional they don’t respect their clients even you are paying money very rude and communication skills are unprofessional.

انا طلبت منها تغير العامله في الباقه لان العامله المفضلة لم يتم اضافتها مع العلم انها مضافه في العقود السابقة وتم تقيمها واضافتها مسبقا من مركز المساعدة جمانه لم تقم بمساعدتي او ايجاد اي حلول لحل المشكلة

انتهاء الخادمه قبل الوقت المحدد عدم خضور الموظفه للتوقيع على استلامي للخادمه وبطىء شديد في عمل الخادمه وعدم اتقان

Its so difficult to reach coustomer service or contact person. No one is calling to tell how they will deliver the service since thursday
