Subpar app, no Face ID, limited functionality, balances as of 24hours ago (its 2021, I remind you), phone support is only 9 am to 6 pm, way too stringent security that really hampers consumer experience. Web chat is unsatisfactory. A lot to improve for Rakbank.

Credit card limit is mandatory to manage the current scams

Every time im facing one issue during tha transaction even if call care team also no use End of tha call * sorry for the inconvenience please let me know how can we help * fact is nothing we will get help from them
Please include the earned points for each credit card transaction in the statement so that we can know how many points we are earning for each transaction separately.
