Subpar app, no Face ID, limited functionality, balances as of 24hours ago (its 2021, I remind you), phone support is only 9 am to 6 pm, way too stringent security that really hampers consumer experience. Web chat is unsatisfactory. A lot to improve for Rakbank.

Dear guys, Dont buy any credit card from RAK bank, Personally I lost around 7000aed from the card by fraud case happened. The amount has been deducted without having any OTP or email. Bank also not responding properly and they suggested to put complaint. I personally request dont buy any credit card.
Even there is no one in the line we should wait min 2~3 hrs for meet the representatives , those people purposefully waiting our time…😡
Very bad service and worst banking experience i have been faced ever.
In Apple 15, menu bar is not able to tab as it is at the left corner along with time where tough is not working only swiping down is designated. Please fix it
App button doesn’t work properly on iPhone 15 pro max version. Screen doesn’t align properly. There is no way to go back to previous screen as the back button is not touchable.
