RAKBANK App

Subpar app, no Face ID, limited functionality, balances as of 24hours ago (its 2021, I remind you), phone support is only 9 am to 6 pm, way too stringent security that really hampers consumer experience. Web chat is unsatisfactory. A lot to improve for Rakbank.

Totally flabbergasted to see how a reputed bank can deal their customer’s complaints with this much carelessness and ignorance. For all chats, email and calls they have only one reply the complaint is under process. How long we have to wait, 1 year or 2 years, in this high tech world for solving a complaint regarding transactions. All these weeks they don’t care about our transactions and the customer service executives/ agents are only good at saying apologies in every minute.

Rak bank app is working very smoothly and perfectly

Opened a bank account and it never truly shows whats the account balance and how much credit is used from credit cards... shows false msgs, balances , it never shows true usage of card but imposes heavy fines... really disappointing... i wouldnot recommend this bank and app to anyone..

Chat is not effective

My banking with ENBD is 10 times more user friendly.

When a card is blocked u are sending a alert in my phone and mail. But when an unusual or suspicious activity is happening why the bank is not sending a alert through sms or thru mail. This shows bank is not bothered about the customer funds. one a fraud is reported to bank the bank will take their own time and put the ball to visa or master card court and will make the customer to suffer and mental agony for a period of time 45 days to 120 days.
