It’s 2025, come on, write a decent app that works without bugs. Geo Fence boundaries keep resetting. Remote start doesn’t work often (in good cellular reception on ALL 3 major Canadian networks)

Bought a brand new 2024 ram 3500 and all was great for 3 months. Now they want over $30 a month to use my remote start from my phone. My fords are completely free and a better app. Can’t set a timed or scheduled start, No way to extend time. Dodge will be the next company going under if they keep this up.

Paid 82k for my 2023 truck brand new, dealership said app is free and all features unlocked. Drove it off the lot and next day app had no options and said everything is available with the subscription, can’t even get access to my digital owners manual unless I pay. Love the truck but Nothing works unless you pay for the subscription.

No longer updating my vehicle details, and impossible to get support

The phone lines for the Uconnect support were very dodgy as it sounded as though there were 30 people in a room speaking at once and I could hardly hear anything. The man on the phone said it’s an ongoing issue they are having. They wanted me to send it proof of ownership to gain access to the App, but I was informed their email was not working. Option 2 was to get a text message with a link where I have allow them permission to access to my camera roll on my phone in order to send them photos. Why would anyone pay for this type of service and seemingly junk App ? No thanks! The App on my Ford works great and it’s FREE with very easy set up!

Recording service history defaults to miles and kilometres are not available to record the correct odometer reading. Us Canadians need it eh?

The app is okay, but have to keep resetting Face ID everyday, kinda of a pain

App will not load my vehicle and now I cannot connect to my truck. Thanks for the update
