Nothing happens! I have no access to anything other than my closest dealer- which I already know. App only asks for American cell providers. Even though I came through Ram Canada.

Every week I have to reset my Face ID kinda a pain

In all my years dealing with mopar/ dodge, I have never had the satisfaction as I did when recently dealing with Mr Cody Gauthier at Cochrane Jeep Dodge. Experience was Seamless and enjoyable. So much so that we will continue to deal with the Cochrane dealership.In fact within the next couple of months planning another visit to purchase another vehicle. And Yes, it will be with Mr Gauthier. Another individual that must be mentioned is young Tanner Dietz. Ever since our devices updated to the latest version, we can no longer unlock, lock or start our vehicle. After you try and put your pin in, the little wheel just spins around and around and around and then fails. Please fix ASAP!

App has no owners manual, does not appear as app shows - very disappointing. There’s no digital glovebox. Fix this!

I know didn't buy my vehicle for the connected features alone but this is sad. GMC, Toyota, Chevrolet and Ford all have widgets and Apple Watch complications. Ram does not. If this doesn't change I'll be reconsidering the brand next time I'm shopping for a truck.
