I wanna change the color of my headset again but the headset doesn’t pop up, why

I bought the ornata x and it’s a cool keyboard in the lighting affect would be really nice, but the app only offers to connect to two specific devices and it won’t let me add my or not a keyboard, so I can’t even do anything with it and the keyboard just flashes two different colors when I’m playing games so I don’t even want to have the lights on

I have the Karia Xbox version and it does not pair with this app, or with any other of the apps. Even know I tried everything still didn’t connect

please fix this so that the people that are non-pc owners can enjoy changing the rgb, how is it posible that if I have a mouse and a keyboard connected directly into my device and fully functioning it won’t show on the app. Mucho really disappointing!

Bought a Kaira Pro and the app won’t connect to this headset I can use it on my phone and Xbox but unable to connect to app to change settings

downloaded the app, connected to bluetooth and found my device and was able adjust the rgb all under 5 minutes. no complaints.

The box flat out says that the headset is powered by razor chroma! Well apparently it isn’t. The headset also won’t connect to my Samsung phone or iPad going to return them for sure

Was so excited to connect my huntsman keyboard to my iPad and change the color, but it only works with Bluetooth devises even though the keyboard is perfectly connected to the iPad and working fine. I bought the keyboard for console playing and to use it on my IPad for uni, so i will never be able to customize the colors or anything about the keyboard. I’m so sad… If i could give the app 0 stars I would!!

So I love this app for what it deos and what it can do. But I would give it more stars if it was to work with the Razer Kaira pro (Xbox edition). That’s all I would want.
