It’s a bad app

Doesn’t recognise the light strip control box despite being in pairing mode and bang next to the thing. Very poor for the cost of the lights to have an entire feature locked behind an app that doesn’t work. I have lots of Razer products and I notice the support is getting poor. Synapse is a massive memory hog for what it is. Disappointing given they are “premium”.

Excitedly scanned the QR code in the Razer Leviathan V2 manual so that I could adjust the colours on the sound bar only to be notified in that I can get the functionality in the audio app, however, I can’t find anything to do with the colours in that app. I’m sure this app works well with the two products this app does appear to support, however, I’m left in the dark as to where the functionality lives. Did it ever exist I’m left wondering to myself.

Headphones connect to my phone via Bluetooth just fine, but the app still can’t find it. Razer Audio is far better and has all the necessary features

The app shows my headphones but when I click on the box nothing happens. I can’t open the settings for my headphones to turn the lights on. It’s very annoying. So they are now off and I can’t turn the lights on.

I've a PS5 and Kaira Pro headset. Razer should make it clear that the app won't connect while the headset is connected to the PS5 wirelessly. Summary; pair headset to iPhone via Bluetooth, then run the app. Works flawlessly for me.

BT kitty headset will not connect to the app but will connect to mobile phone and to the razer audio app. worthless app can’t do anything very sad >:(

Don’t waste your time on trying to connect it to the app, as even though the light flashes blue the app still doesn’t recognise it, waste of time even trying. Awful app

I don’t know if you need an adapter connected to your iPhone and the headset but this app doesn’t work at all- it cannot connect to Bluetooth no matter how many times I try! (Razor kitty headphones)
