Wish it had Apple Pay. Other than that it’s a decent app.

I’m not happy with the way this app works

First few times I went and scanned my QR code thru the app it went thru and I got my points but the last few times I didn’t get my points?

Would be nice if the app kept favorite store(s), last one shopped with, and/or nearby locations. Every time I open the app and look to order, it lists locations in other states. Other than that, good app with lots of ordering options.

Coconut black tea with EXTRA tapioca. I’m obsessed. And the employees are so friendly.

When I first downloaded the app everything was great on ordering ahead. Sometime during the pandemic it changed. Now when I try to order through the app, it says I can only order from one location at a time. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app twice. I never ordered from 2 different locations. There are 2 places by me but I always order from the same one. Is this a fixable bug? I really liked to be able to order ahead.

This app charges foreign transaction fee on top of the cost of the drink everytime you use it. I’ve been charged twice already. Shady!

The fruit is always fresh & the drinks are just amazing!

Fruits used are ripped perfect, also the personnel awesome. Overall thumbs up.
