I use other applications that allow me to share by accessing my email contacts, I would also like to create collections and use filters to sort properties. I think this ap is a bit archaic and not in line with what you expect from MLS
Try and compare to any such app from any country, and scratch your head as to why, even after years of trying, these people can’t produce something that isn’t an embarrassment and a trial to use.
Try harder
+doesn't rotate (inverse) +doesn't display landscape +definitely requires house age, or house built filter +no iPad version +no option to remove sold or deleted listings from favorites
Great way to explore the housing market but it should allow for the sharing of properties like other real estate apps (one touch sharing). As well, the search has to constantly be resubmitted if exited which isn't user friendly. Great information provided and lots of listings.

Cannot see homes anywhere
While there are aspects of the app I like, I find searching for properties difficult. None of the searches follow the parameters given, so the results are completely random. I wish it was as easy to use as the website, which works flawlessly.
The built year info is silently removed from realtor.ca in the past few weeks! Making it so difficult to even think about buying an old house! Is it to protect those sellers or to push new home buying? Ridiculous real estate! 🤦🏻 The bubble is soon gonna burst 🫧🗯️ To my previous review., the developer suggested to use the search filter to identify the built year. But, it gives zero results when the “built-from” year is not “Any”. Looks like s/he don’t know this themselves! 🤨
