won’t load my profile
Hello, i’m using an iphone 13 and the app launches without issues, but when i want to access my profile i get an infinite loading circle.. in its particular state, right now this app is useless. Marc
Issue resolved
I closed my account with them, and they're still charging me! They automatically renewed a contract, and are trying to get me to pay more even though i closed my account. Now i have to waste a day fixing this, and potentially paying for a space I don’t use anymore! They should also answer their phones more can never get in touch with them. Still lost mail sent to their address
Greedy company- do not sign contract
As the UK battles to contain the coronavirus outbreak global office space provider Regus continues to chase and charge clients for full rates, and has refused requests to terminate or suspend contracts. Their business is filled with greed and have no transparency. They have offered no reassurance that rent breaks will be considered. It is also worrying that, despite government advice and requests, their offices remain open and [their own] staff have to work
Counterintuitive App
The app updated and now it’s all in Russian fir some reason. The app’s support link just goes to main Regus website. Useless.
Cannot Cancel Service
I used Regus for over two years without issues. Once I no longer needed the service, I requested cancellation. They asked me to provide company dissolution documents which I did. Haven’t heard back from them in almost two months, after multiple inquiries. But the invoices keep coming in. When I respond back to the email threads with their support, I receive nonsensical automated responses. Can’t seem to get a response from a human. HELLO GUYS!! ANYBODY THERE?
Unusable
App opened up in Russian with no intuitive way to change it to English without speaking the language the UI is currently in. Useless.
Good service. Crappy app.
Their office space and service is great. This app is substandard. It doesn’t even switch directions on an iPad with a keyboard. So you either have to disconnect the keyboard. Or turn your head 90º to see the screen.
