Take care ( Avoid at any cost )
Ticket confirmation mail was sent to me after reserving two plane tickets from Rehlat, later they send another mail telling me that the price has increased and i should pay the difference !!!!…Very disappointed from this unprofessional site, never going to use it again
Run while you can
Avoid booking with Rehlat under any circumstances, but if you have to, please think a million times and then a million times more before you do. 1. I make a non-refundable booking through their app and (a) I get directed to a page that says confirmation failed but, at the same time, (b) the amount gets deducted from my card. 2. I reach out to customer support who assure me that there’s nothing wrong with the booking. 3. I arrive in the country where the booking is and am told by the hotel staff that they can’t check me in because they never received a confirmation from Rehlat with my booking. 4. I reach out to Rehlat who, instead of sending a confirmation with my booking, send a cancellation, saying they tried to deduct the already paid booking but failed to, so they decided to send a cancellation to the hotel instead. 5. From 12pm to 8–10pm, I make countless calls to their support team who have orders not to let anyone speak with the concerned department. They only thing they tell you is they’ll forward the request to the concerned department. 6. The hotel receptionist tries to reach out to them but they tell her the same thing—they’ll forward the request to the reservations department. She was trying to help me. 7. When it’s nighttime, I reach out again but it’s a deadend. Luckily, I know someone in the city and I stay at their place those two nights. It’s embarrassing, but it’s the only choice I had. 8. I request a refund and, three weeks later, I still get nothing. I contact them on a daily basis now and they keep saying they have a payment problem :-) 9. The hotel receptionist tells me the same thing happened with another guest, so apparently, it’s not a one-time thing. I don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back, but the least I could do is hope that no one finds themselves in the same situation.
Never got my money back
Booked 2 tickets on april the received an email that the price increased and weither I would like to complete booking or cancel so I choose to cancel the I received another email that the money would be refunded and till now we are in November I didn’t get my money back even though i called every 2 days , sent several emails and wrote complaints on the website and nothing
