If your company is ever thinking of using registering you with an HMO organization, this app is just not the right one to use. They render the worst services ever, so that you won’t regret it, i advice that you run for your dear life. From a concerned and affected Nigerian.

Some pages on the app loads infinitely. Like when accessing secondary care, the page returns‘failed to load’ Also, when seeking consultation and you attempt to edit or add primary complaint, it loads infinitely as well.. The app is buggy and should be reassessed.

This is the worst HMO ever. Their seevice/support system is horrible. Your health and comfort is not their priority. The pharmacies and riders they partner with are unethical!

This has to be the worst HMO service anyone can use not only do they have poor customer service, the app is not user friendly, poor navigational buttons.

Reliance care hmo. Refund my money, I was erroneously debited twice while making payment on your platform, I’ve gone to the bank, confirmed, sent emails, showed you evidence that I was debited, been to your office once, called severally on top of that its always someone new I’m explaining to all over again like a broadcaster!!! REFUND MY 36k !!!!! Since August 14th !!!!

this app is not connecting me to services like dentists, opticians and otolaryngologists.

Please I can’t type a message in the chatbot. I can only click on pre-typed message. Customer will need to be able to connect to customer care from the chatbot. Please consider it in your next update. Thanks. Nice app though.

Kindly always notify us when medical personnel we chatting with respond to avoid delays and uncompleted online medical sessions.
