Please stay away from this app. It’s pure scam. I paid for 1month and downloaded the app for an emergency consultation. There are no doctors on this app. Don’t waste your hard earned money.

Made a deposit to my wallet through the account number they gave me in the app… for over 3 days it didn’t reflect on there … my money is gone .. and can’t even achieve my aim on reaching a doctor.. so bad

I have been trying to reach their customer care for over 2week now, I have sent series of messages but no one has gotten back to me. The phone no on their site is not reachable. I have been unable to use the app despite the fact that I have an active subscription.

I downloaded this app and subscribed for the premium plan with the hope of getting quick access to either chat or call a doctor for urgent consultation for my wife. It’s either the doctors are offline or the calls don’t connect to the online doctors. I even booked an appointment but it wasn’t honored. I usually don’t write reviews but this is pretty frustrating.

I’m amazed by the quality of service I got through this App. You will not regret using this app, I promise you!

The app crashes everytime I try to initiate a conversation with a doctor

I have installed v2 with the hope that the bugs would have been fixed but it keeps crashing. I also have problem with the data availability (list of hospitals, specialist etc) Please employ a quality assurance testers to help you do a thorough testing before you release the next version. I love the idea and what the app represents but it doesn’t work for me and hence am going to uninstall.

Under the “Find a Doctor” feature, there is no Ear, Node & Throat (aka ENT or Otolaryngologist) on the list. This is disappointing and a waste of my subscription fee.

I recommend everyone to Download this app,very helpful.

TremenDoc is a good app to use. Doctors are there to attend to you when needed.
