Renegade Rehabilitation

This app looked promising. I downloaded and chose the monthly subscription but it would just reload and give me the subscription options again. When I went to the homepage everything was locked, directing me back to the subscription page again. Yet, when I checked on my Apple subscriptions (in the Apple apps) it showed I had an active subscription. So I cancelled my free trial there. I will update this if I end up getting charged anyway. Too bad - it looked like it might be a good app!

The workouts are easy to follow with great videos. No need to think…just follow the video.

Specific guided mobility, activation, and prehab in a box!

The user experience is not intuitive. It’s not clear how to track activity as it’s completed. The videos are barely useful and there is not enough written or verbal instruction. Instead the audio is just pointless music which seems totally distracting. After updating iOS, I could not use the app as I was unable to get past the check in process which itself was unreadable. As a result I could not even access Help. No choice but to cancel and delete.

This is great to follow the video then hit repeat for reps! No need to mess with a timer! Love it!

Have been having some low back pain on and off the last couple years. Downloaded this app, followed the daily exercises and it has drastically reduce my pain.

Great for dealing with nagging pains. Easy to follow videos and daily exercises help you keep track of your rehab! I highly recommend this to anyone who is dealing with aches and pains.

I injured my knee in a ski accident and have been using this to help with knee rehab in preparation for next season. It’s great!

I crashed my mountain bike and ended up with a minor AC joint separation in the shoulder. Don’t have great health insurance so needed an affordable option for rehab. This app provided a diagnostic tool and manageable amount of daily exercises. 1 month later now and I’m going for my first bike ride. Thanks! Note: Make sure your iPhone silent button is turned off to hear the audio.
