Communication Efficiency Can Be Better
In iPhone Notification Centre saw pushed notification “Dear Customer …”, click on it and it opens RHB APP. That’s it. Quite cumbersome to login to access inbox to read messages which mostly repeating about scam protection or some promo stuff. A few clicks here there add up to wasted time considering the number of bank APPs one has. Reference another bank how they do it is once you click on the message banner, the bank APP opens with the entire message displaying without need to login. High efficiency just 1 click. Some banks allow access inbox to read such non-sensitive and marketing message without need to login, but requires 3 clicks — better than RHB’s 4 clicks (click message banner in notification centre, click on face id login, click inbox, click message).
