no one listens. Funds function disappeared every month. Pls fix the issue. Never experience such bad app.

Can’t login , error code appearing without any explanation though phone banking has been made .

Need to register w OTP but app dosent allow to send. I thought it was maintenance but even after the downtime it still dosent work

1 day applications tooks decade still no result

The app kept on asking me to grant location services when I tried to open a fixed deposit account. I granted access but the app persisted in asking

RHB bank is slow to address the problems caused by this app to customers and did not look into helping customers on accessing this app. There is no support despite many calls for help. The online log in with computer was removed there is no telephone banking n this silly app is also unaccessible as the earlier versions could not be installed on my phone, rendering no access to my account at all. It’s worse than the days before this app was implemented. Most useless app. If I can rate zero, I will rate 0 for this app

Dear support, currently i am still using iphone 6plus which only can use IOS12. Now i am not able to access the app as the update required IOS14. Beside changing phone, what can i do? Thank you.

encounter this message-"An SMS with an activation code has been sent to your mobile number" "For your security, Your software token can only be activated once every 12hours. Please activate it at a later time." FYI, I have waited for 24 hours before I proceed to activate the software token, but I am still facing the same issue, same error message. And no activation code is being sent to my mobile number. Without the software token activated, I can't perform transaction.
