Ride Pingo

Keeps saying ride is coming in 0-2 min. Waited 20 mi.

I will say that from the start, the app is horrible and impossible to use. I booked a ride and return for this morning at 9am. The ride disappeared from my upcoming rides and the driver didn’t show up (NOT HIS FAULT!!). I had to book another ride and couldn’t get one until 11:08am. The bus came after 11:30. The driver advised me to cancel my return trip and call when I was ready. From now on, I will call to make trip arrangements. I will NEVER use the app again!!!

A bit glitchy on scheduling a ride in the future, but otherwise great!

I’ve had the same driver several times over the last few weeks… She makes the entire experience worthwhile… I’ve met very few people on Bainbridge Island that can give me the same stellar service with positive energy that she does.

Bethesda, MD uses this app for its free Circulator bus. It is useless. It doesn’t show all of the bus and even worse if it shows when a bus will arrive, that time is completely wrong. I guess you get what you pay for. Nothing for nothing. Although I did need to give up personal info for this useless app.

On friday i had a trip snd it did not show onthe app i found another wayhome tbey called me looking for me i feel bad because theycame and i wasnt there Theres no way to check or get a pickup if its not there on ping so please work on app

The drivers are very competent and know the Indianapolis routes well. I feel very secure that I’ll get to and from my destinations on time and safely!
