The worst experience! Only used this service for 2 days, and my biggest mistake was that I provided my card details. Since I left Italy and cancelled every subscription whatsoever, I’ve been charged subscription fee 5 times: on August 1st, July 15th, July 1st, June 15th, June 1st. Either the App interface needs fixing, because I deliberately cancelled through menu, or the service is just conning people. P.S.: forgot to mention, cannot log it my account after leaving Italy, constant error op.message.error.bad_request;reCaptcha

Эти олухи снимают деньги за то время, пока их слоупочная система по пол минуты и даже по минуте расдупляется при завершении поездки.

This clowns charged me with 5 euro for “not valid parking photo” really clown service

They have stolen 10 euro, saying “improper parking”, even it was parked right near Bolt and others on the proper parking place. They do not answer. Also there is no contact, the help bot does not help at all.

It was the worst journey in my life renting something cause it was not easy to understand what to do no battery but we been searching for parking we found a parking but the navigation talking ass that’s it’s not the parking absolutely not understandable please give me my money back because my legs and especially my knees I destroyed totally because of the battery was wrong I am disappointed because of this it was not deliver we’ve been renting another thinks it was easy to understand and it was easy to useBut wishes not understandable and the bicycles have low power batteries and you cannot contact with somebody with somebody

Prima di E-bike e il rinnuovo dell’applicazione mi piaceva tanto usare questi bici. Partendo che i soldi che avevo caricato prima nella vecchia versione dell’app sono stati bruciati e non rimborsati. Adesso ogni volta che lo uso è un delirio:l’applicazione non vede mai il parcheggio,mi vengono sempre addebitati dei soldi per il parcheggio errato e devo sempre richiedere il rimborso,inviando la foto dove si vede che la bici è stata parcheggiata nel posto indicato. Magari è stata solo una volta,si è ripetuto questo errore in seguito da quando ho scaricato la nuova versione dell’app. Una vera delusione! Aspetto che mi rimborsano i soldi e tolgo l’applicazione!

Non è ben spiegato che da parte il costo dell’abbonamento mensile verranno addebitati pure altri!! Ciò 2€ per 2,5 ore nel mio caso..

I used this when I was in Italy and Spain, but unfortunately it is not available in my country. I accidentally subscribed for a pack and I was charged twice monthly. I sent an email to customer service, and they solved my problem quickly (removed my subscription and gave me a refund)!

La bici Elettrica non era elettrica, paghi prima dei pacchetti prestabilita quindi è molto probabile pagherai di più

Ho pagato due volte con la carta di credito, un’offerta per le bici elettriche e non mi riconosce nessun pagamento. Credo che non le userò più.
