Even if they tell you to call customer support, I don’t have time to go into a call when wanting to pay for parking. Easier to just go to the machine if you are a visitor.

Not for foreigners
Cannot setup app because it will not send confirmation codes to non UK (Irish) phone numbers.
No unpaid alerts
There should be a free alert for this parking app
Works when it wants to
Could be in the middle of town. But will still freeze and just not work. Also remember what ever the car park price is RingGo add there cut so if car park price is £2.40. RingGo charge you £2.90 so if pay machine in car park use that the. You pay the price advertised on the board
Unreliable and useless
I really wish our council didn’t use this. App won’t work and now I’ve got a parking fine. And unlike the developer claim, it’s not possible to speak to a person when it’s not working.
Worst app in the world
Pls go check EasyPark app and copy from them. RingGo seems to have been conceived by 1st year IT students…
Waste of time
App tells you no available parking spaces and refuses payment when you are parked on one . Had to pay cash which defeats the object of this app existing …
Not as expected
Idea not bad , but prices are higher than in machine, rice for 2 hours £3 if paid in machine, if paid in app £3.20
Use at your peril
Using V.7.68.0 on 8th Generation iPad iOS 18.1.1 App last used in Cornwall UK in 9/24 whilst renting a hertz car for 2 weeks. Not used App or logged into account since. 10 weeks later I receive parking fee for £6.30 incurred in 12/24 for same Hertz rental car & charged to my credit card account. Despite reporting issue to RingGo all I received was an automated acknowledgement. More worrying is that I can no longer log into account or reset account password. App just shows ‘Session Timeout’ error message with each attempt. I wonder if RingGo data has been hacked. I’ve had to freeze credit card etc with all that involves😡 Since posting the above I have received an invitation to discuss issues with a ChatBot. Firm has had 10 days to reply to issues & still I await a proper response.
Annoying update
Got an email saying had to login or my account would be made inactive. Fine, hadn’t used it for a while. When I tried to login I was told to update my password. Fine - I did all that was asked. Tried to login and it’s days to login I have to update to the latest version. WHY COULDN’T YOU TELL ME THAT IN GHE FIRST PLACE! AWFUL PROGRAMMING!
