And most inconvenient is that you just can’t book restaurants in hotel directly - only using app…

One of the most inconvenient and ill-conceived hotel booking apps I've come across. It is strange that such a large hotel chain could not create a simple and effective app for their hotels. Problems begin from the moment of registration when creating an new account you cannot see your RIU class number. The user needs to run first recover his RIU class number and after that run password recovery. The check in system is also malfunctioning. If customer trying do it from main screen then a message stating that the correct hotel has not been selected may appear during check-in. The customer can found some other small bugs and I have no idea how this app was approved for downloading to AppStore
