Perfect app. Booked through them once, after which I can’t book any hotel anywhere in the world with 3 different cards from different countries. The payment doesn’t go through only my card isn’t even charged, so it’s most likely the problem is on the app side. Which isn’t that bad thing as it turns out, since they haven’t sent me my miles 7 month later after the stay, it still is pending. If you’re wondering what does their support say — nothing, they answer very slowly and don’t have any solution, they either ask to wait or to try again. Both email and phone — one of the worst support centers I’ve seen in any modern applications.

Recently, they have started to fail to give the rewards. I have several outstanding and despite many reassurances that they are coming, still nothing arrives. Are you guys going bust?

We have used this Rocketmiles App for nine months now and along with our 11,000 bonus miles for starting up the account, we have received thousands of Avios from hotels that we booked (for example 14,000 avios for a Waldorf hotel in France), so totally worth using the App. Top tip: just book the hotels but always look online at the address, the hotel and location before finally booking so that you do not have any problems when you attend the hotel!

When i select USD as preference taxes are excluded in the price until the second page but by selecting GBP , taxes are included in the headline price on results page. I only signed up to this app for the 4,000 miles bonus but it is not Showing on any of the properties listed

Rocketmiles is just simple scam! I booked my hotel in Singapore through their website. They were advertising this hotel in Marina Bay but when I arrived and taxi driver dropped me off at the address I gave him from my reservation was totally different address that Rocketmiles was advertising this hotel and nowhere even close from Marina. I called Rocketmiles to inform them about their mistake and asked them to transfer or refund me the money so I could book new hotel which would be in the location I wanted to stay. I was told by Steven one of their customers service representative that this is my fault because I should make sure I checked the address correct after I book hotel even tho their refund policy is non refundable and I was not even offered any recommendation from them at all. I was left with hotel I didn’t want to stay at, never got any refund, wasn’t offered any help and received disgusting customer service. I will never book with them again and I would never recommend this website to anyone.

Not enough hotel options. Only 6 hotels in one big city, really?

Don’t use this company. They change details in the AFTER you confirm the booking. I used this app to make a booking for a hotel in Germany, when I got to the hotel, the reservation was changed to its ‘sister’ hotel, which was more like a hostel. Contacted rocket miles and they said it was in their T&C’s - checked T&C’s and could find anything. Made another reservation for a hotel in Milan, CLEARLY made the booking for two people and the confirmation came back for one person. Contacted rocket miles again and they said it was my error. Given the first incident, I was incredibly meticulous about the booking, so know I didn’t make an error. To top it all off, checked my air miles Account and none of the reservations had been submitted. Now looking at the Account, I can see that rocket miles have changed my air miles number ! Avoid at all costs - it’s a Total con!
