This is a good application. Please add support for Apple Wallet and Russian language.

Almost everything in this app is done to make the experience worse. Signing up for the program is more or less ok, but booking is simply awful. It’s a waste of time and patience. It shows you rooms then tells you not available. Then you search once again and they are available. You enter all your details and credit card info (!) after which it asks you to verify you’re human (never seen such outrageous thing ever) and then!! It just deletes all your data and makes you redo it. If it weren’t a necessity I would’ve cancelled the hotel booking altogether just for this insulting experience.

The points is not credited within 5 working days. I need to send them an email 3 times just to add up my points. Rotana app for exclusive is not updated. Please have it check guys

I faced challenges using this app a few years ago, but I've noticed significant improvements since then. I hope they can connect it more seamlessly with the Rotana hotels system for an even smoother, more efficient booking experience. Keep up the good work!
