Amazingly bad experience
Almost everything in this app is done to make the experience worse. Signing up for the program is more or less ok, but booking is simply awful. It’s a waste of time and patience. It shows you rooms then tells you not available. Then you search once again and they are available. You enter all your details and credit card info (!) after which it asks you to verify you’re human (never seen such outrageous thing ever) and then!! It just deletes all your data and makes you redo it. If it weren’t a necessity I would’ve cancelled the hotel booking altogether just for this insulting experience.
