Roundtrip Learner Logbook

Don’t bother trying anything else! Great app, very functional, super easy to use! We initially used another app that Services NSW staff recommended and it was rubbish! It crashed and lost all the data of the first month, so we had to start all over again. Trust me- use this first!

The app works perfectly

I recently had an issue where I’d forgotten my password after changing phones. Clicking on the link provided didn’t work. I sent a help message to their help line. I received a call and still had a password issue . The kind gentleman Jimmy said he’d call me back at a time that suited me and he did. In most cases I find they don’t but jimmy did and reset my password for me. Great customer service ! Well done gentleman Jimmy from round trip !
