Rouses Markets

This app is absolutely horrible. I am constantly going on trying to do a online order and can’t find the items that I’m looking for and it’s simple items that should be there, like today I wanted to get 2% milk, you don’t even have Rouses brand 2% milk on there, that’s insane. Whoever is in control of the app really needs to step up their game. What good is placing an online order if I have to go inside to pick up items that I know you have in the store but they’re not on the app.

The Rouses App does not work. I want to shop at Druscilla, but get referred to #58. I also would like to shop Digital Deals, but the App has never worked for this. The employees at Druscilla cannot provide help. Can I get this fixed ?

App does not open most of the time. You have to log in every time you use it. Ingredients for all products should be shown along with country of origin. The store shopper is amazing.

Now it doesn’t recognize my sign in. Useless app

I downloaded the app so I could check weekly flyers and specials without having to google every time. I thought it would have the same info as the website, but it doesn’t even show the flyers. It has lists, but I want to be able to scan the flyer without having to scroll through every item. And it doesn’t take you to a home page. The landing page is for starting an order, and you have to begin the process just to get in. It’s could be handy for ordering, but that’s not what I’m interested in. It’s easier just to google the website. I’m probably going to delete the app.

A product I want doesn’t appear in search but is available in store. What about scanning a product to shopping list? TerriK

All stores show up except in Lockport, La, why is that?

Super slow loading ad and app.

I just want to be able to see my list but it won’t even let me sign in. Dumb

I find it annoying that the app logs me out almost after every use.
