It’s not very user friendly if you’re making a claim for the first time.
As far as submitting claims, the process couldn’t be easier. I imagine with time they will make it even better by allowing you to know how much remains for a given therapy. I haven’t traveled, so I haven’t experienced submitting those claims. I hope our tip keeps up the great development of this APP.
It never recognizes face recognition. Always have to go on web site so what’s the point of having an app????
When I log into the ap it goes to the screen I want and then quickly scrolls sideways to the login screen every single time. I can’t get into the ap. 🤷♀️
Easy to use!
Difficult to use, chaotically written, and unworthy addition to RTIP service. Your phone staff are amazing…your app creators are not.
J’ai eu de la difficulté à trouver mon fournisseur de massothérapie. Quand je cherchais à l’endroit où on demande trois renseignements numéro de téléphone, nom de l’entreprise et nom de famille on me disait toujours qu’il y avait un champ vide alors qu’il ne l’était pas. J’ai finalement trouvé mon fournisseur à l’aide du nom de famille. Par contre ce n’était pas la bonne adresse (son adresse avant un déménagement) mais impossible de la changer. Toutefois c’était le bon numéro de licence. Alors j’ai soumis de cette façon.
This Ap works quite well. When I first started to use it, I misinterpreted a question. My claim was rejected but, by speaking with the app resource contact, I was able to realize where I make my mistake and correct it. That path made all the difference.
I am not very tech savvy, and initially had a bit of an issue figuring it out. It turns out all the mistakes were mine. Now that I know how to use it, I’m OK.
Great app to use and allows little anxiety in submitting forms.
