Ruby 2.0 Virtual Receptionists

After attempting to move from ruby to ruby 2.0, my password was lost, but trying to reset the password is completely broken. You need two devices, whether it’s two phones or a phone and desktop. If you try to reset from one device, switching to your email app and then back to ruby, it goes back to the login screen and you have to ask for another reset code. Why does this app even exist if the previous version still works?

I don’t know what happen with Ruby I’ve been a customer for over five years. Ever since they switch to Ruby 2.0 things have been horrible for me. I pay them a lot of money every month and still get crappy service. I’ve called them over seven times to report problems with their app and their technical service. I have not received any phone calls back. It’s too bad they used to be a great company. I am at my wits end with their service and their app. If you’re looking for a receptionist company, look somewhere else.

If this is supposed to be an improvement on the original, we are not seeing it. There is no notification for incoming texts, the system makes it very difficult to click on the customer call and click text, like we used to do. It keeps trying to text our own number. Broken image link where a texted video was supposed to be. I wish we could go back to the original. At least with that one we knew what it was missing.

We use Ruby to manage our calls for two businesses. Items been a delightful experience and they are always willing to work with us to figure out any plan modifications to fit our budget.

I can’t truly articulate how terrible y experience with Ruby has been. Honestly, the worst experience I’ve had with an vendor, ever. We tried Ruby hoping to create some efficiency and it’s turned into a nightmare.
