Cannot pay by cash
App keeps forcing user to use card or purchase Rydecoins until user has taken a significant number of rides. What a joke
Raise price system
Once you top-up their rude coin, you’re unable to withdraw. It will keep increase your trip price
Pathetic customer support
I am following up for cancellaof my subscription so they say login to the app and app is not letting me login always shows error and every month they are deducting money without default. Don't know what to do its really horrible.

Download and couldn’t register new account.
Not able to use apps in KL.
Extend your service to Malaysia? But location not able to be detected in KL. Please upgrade your apps. I am sure a lot people need the service badly.

Im trying to use this in malaysia but i cant the the location in malaysia. All destination and location detected went to singapore. Please fix!!

Hi Ryder team, Thank you for creating apps other than grab, uber (no more in malaysia) and the like. beautiful and tidy display only these apps are unstable, always out of apps suddenly and address, can not be accurate. so i hope ryder team, if you want your apps to last longer in the apps store, please fix your apps. is very detrimental if you are not serious about it. thank you and keep up the good work
