Salesmate – Sales CRM

Stop asking me to rate every single call, I make about 70 calls a day and I’m sick of being asked to give 5 stars. I really don’t care. Remove this, it’s so annoying.

5 year user. I looked and looked before I was lucky enough to find Salesmate. Integrated local number e-calling/texting/email in a cost-effective CRM and my business has never been happier.

Stop allowing spammers, have better anti spamming systems. I keep getting multiple emails from people using your system to spam me unsolicited. I am reporting each one of them to be black listed including your domain. You have a responsibility as a company to curb this crap.

The design and structure of the app is overall good. I wish additional settings would have been developed to allow users to better set their preferences. One annoying thing though is a recurring problem while writing email with this CRM app, where the screen dies not seem to seamlessly follow the cursor, making writing emails a pain.

I’ve been looking for years for a crm with phone, email, quickbooks, and Zapier integration. Finally found it, awesome job Salesmate!!

Excellent App just a couple of glitches with the telephony add-on. Very easy to understand and use of functions.

I’ve been using Salesmate for over a year now to run my Real Estate business and am really loving it. I feel it offers all the needed features of some of the pro apps at much more competitive pricing. The support staff is almost instantly available and very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this app.

I use the app religiously on my phone. Salesmate hangs up the call randomly, it also freezes while your on a call and then it Closes. The email server omg is so bad…I wish they would just integrate Gmail or outlook.

Salesmate is great. However, a couple months ago Version 3.0 was rolled out. As far as I can tell, it does not appear there was any testing of the update before release to their clients. The result was something that was nearly unusable. Numerous bugs and crashes and the disappearance of some useful and important functions. As of this writing, the app is back to what it was before the update. However, for all the stress that was caused (and likely loss of revenue for our business), the app is no better than it was before the Version 3.0 release. The technical support team is good. However, depending on who you’re talking to on the other end of the conversion, expect them to assume straight away that the problem is user error. They will not believe it is their problem until you can provide them with a screen recording of an error occurring, which can be very difficult to capture. It does not matter how good of a description of the problem you give them, they have to have that recording. Not being believed straightaway when raising an issue is very off putting. At the end of the day, our company has so heavily integrated APIs between Salesmate and our materials management platform that we can’t walk away. (On the plus side we had very few problems with our APIs after Version 3.0 was released). If not for this integration we would have left. So, it’s a good CRM but hopefully they will wait a long time and do a lot of sandboxing before they release Version 4.0.

I’ve been working for 3 months now and this solutions is a perfect fit for my company. They have a lot of integrations that made me use everything in just one software and avoid multiple windows or screens. In all this time I’ve required for technical assistance 3 times and the response time is amazing as the time to solve the issue. I was able to upload all my DB from my previous CRM system to Salesmate.io without any assistance (yes is that easy) Thank you Salesmate Team
