Can’t get the app to work .. unable to rest my password. Been trying for several attempts….

Tried numerous times to log a claim during a home emergency. The app kept crashing and buffering for long periods of time, the crashing again. This happened over and over again. I ended up phoning the call centre. Much easier than using a slow app.

Why do I need to have my phone passcode enabled to use the app. The app is for emergencies of all kind and if I forget my password I won’t be able to use the app? Or what if my wife or children need to use it in an emergency? Please disable that function

Helpful with raising claim and tracking those. Got an option to rate the service provider after the completion. It would be better if I can see the rating of the service provider while requesting for one. Over all I am loving the app.

Got immediate help from Santam regarding the registration, impressed with response time. I am able to see my policy details also got notification on my debit orders. Loved the claims update section. Thanks Santam

Very convenient for policyholders

The app is very user friendly to submit claims and tracking. Can see so many features added in a years time.

Used for raising a claim, lot of steps but captures relevant information. Got a tracking screen afterwards with the details, loved it as I can see the status and the contact info along with my documents. Policy part could be more better seems like too many data in a single screen, but it does the work. Waiting for more features in the future.

The app is useful and user interfaces are intuitive

In 2023 it should not be difficult to develop a basic app that works. It takes up to 30 seconds to load each page, when moving between different parts of the app. All I see is a revolving circle when open a new page - why such a slow response time? Quicker for me to navigate the full website in my cell phone than to use the app
