I get an error message saying ‘registration failed’ without any explanation, when trying to register to use the app. Highly frustrating.

When attempting to claim for a burst geyser, the app asks what type of geyser it is with a drop down menu. Selecting the type does not register so when you press “next” it does not proceed indicating to first select the type, try again same thing, basically stuck and cannot complete the claim! So much for using the app- back to the call centre I guess

Can’t get the app to work .. unable to rest my password. Been trying for several attempts….

Tried numerous times to log a claim during a home emergency. The app kept crashing and buffering for long periods of time, the crashing again. This happened over and over again. I ended up phoning the call centre. Much easier than using a slow app.

Why do I need to have my phone passcode enabled to use the app. The app is for emergencies of all kind and if I forget my password I won’t be able to use the app? Or what if my wife or children need to use it in an emergency? Please disable that function

Helpful with raising claim and tracking those. Got an option to rate the service provider after the completion. It would be better if I can see the rating of the service provider while requesting for one. Over all I am loving the app.
