It’s an amazing app with a clean user interface. However it would be great if other languages would be supported.

Getting Started
It takes just a few minutes to get started with Santander Mobile Banking.
Already a customer?
• You’ll need your Personal ID, Security Number, phone number and/or email address that you’ve registered with us.
• Open the app, select ‘Log on’ and enter your details
If you’ve forgotten any details or have any issues logging in, please see our help guides at www.santander.co.uk/personal/support/ways-to-bank/on-your-mobile
New to Santander?
• You can open a Personal Current Account or Credit Card using our app. For other types of account, please visit www.santander.co.uk.
• Simply open the app and select ‘New Customer’.
• You'll need any passport or a UK driving licence, if you don’t have either of these you can open an account at www.santander.co.uk.
• We’ll guide you through the application process to set up your account.
Once set up be sure to allow ‘push notifications’ to see messages from us on your phone’s home screen.
Remember:
• Never share a One Time Passcode (OTP) or your Security Number with anyone. Not even a Santander employee.
• Santander will never call to ask to log on to your mobile device or computer, or ask you to download any type of software.
Interest rates within our App Store images are for visual purposes and may not be the latest rates.

Santander Mobile Banking will not run on devices that have been jailbroken.
Please make sure you have the latest Apple software on your phone so that our app runs smoothly. Your device will need to be running iOS version 13 or above to use this app. If you are unable to update to this version, please log on to Santander Online Banking at www.santander.co.uk to access your accounts.

Easy to use and iPad friendly
A great app but...
A great app that allows you to do all your banking on line however there is a bug for months now where if your default device keyboard is not a UK one, then you can only enter integer amount and no decimals, as the app doesn’t understand ´,´ (comma) as the decimal point and one cannot switch keyboards. Could you please fix ?
Paying fractions of a pound?
I cannot find how to pay a sum of say, £12.75? All I can do is to pay whole pounds such as £12 or £13 when using an iPhone?
So happy!
This is the best application I have seen to control instantly my transfer between accounts, cards and regular payments or to create a new specific payment. Thanks Santander !
Strange!
Why do I have to keep going through the logging in lesson and options almost every time I use this app? Moreover, why don’t charity donations I make actually show the name of the charity itself? Not customer friendly!!
Annoying
