Save Mart Supermarkets

I consider myself pretty savvy with these shopping apps and this is by far the worse I’ve ever used! Get it together Savemart! Terrible design, crashes when changing tabs, zero ease of use whatsoever. I’ll be sticking to Safeway, Walmart and Target until you figure this one out.

This app is terrible!

Title says it all. Last update was 8 months ago! With the newest stores opening up in the valley and the huge remodels, WITH a push for the online shopping and pickup experience…AN UPDATE is much needed for customers to EVEN Want to experience the ease of shopping from the comfort of there home,’or anywhere. It’s a transition that should go as smooth as possible but with the app, it’s not possible since we have to move over to the website and then back again and then renter passwords it’s a lot. Please update

Doesn't work, even the manager couldn’t trouble shoot it and had to override item by item. Done with the app and Savemart as a store.

This is a horrible app. The customer service rep was the rudest and worst I’ve ever talked to in my life. Completely unbelievable. I hope you never have to call customer service.

Worst app ever, frustrating

Hardly works, can never log in, can never get rewards

I agree that the App is flawed. I attempted to loads a shopping cart of items equaling greater than $75 to receive a $25 cash back for new users. I tried twice, and on the second attempt, which appeared to be successful, the screen froze!!!!!

I cant sign up because my phone is already being used. I dont have any other phone number so i guess its the end of the road for me. Unless you fix your app.

You gotta love seeing negative reviews pile up and the company do nothing about it
