SBI Secure OTP

Can’t re-register even after app sent sms. I am overseas and paying 15rs per sms. Now I am out of balance and can’t recharge as I am locked out of my account because of this stupid app

When u download the app and register it, it send an automatic message to a Indian number with some kind of alpha numeric code, I felt something was fishy so I deleted the app and changed my password, spoke to customer care they don’t know anything about it, spoke to SBI home branch and it’s socking they don’t know there is any application for generating otp, they are not aware about it... finally I lost my patience and decided to switch the bank... thank you SBI

It’s stopped working and not able to use the app. Now I can’t do transfer and no support available too 😌😔

Why you guys update if you can’t provide a better experience. I am now unable to complete registration also.

I am overseas and recently I was forced to update to the latest version of the app which was working well up until now. Since then I am not able register as I am not getting OTP on my registered mobile number. I am unable to do any online transactions and few important payments are overdue now.I have tried n number of times using different handsets and following the instructions as mentioned on frequently asked questions section. I called customer care centre which promptly took the issue in a hurry and said it will be resolved within 10 days, and suggested to write a email to their senior official or to contact the home branch if it’s urgent. Home branch answered the 100th call and suggested to wait for few hours and try despite telling them that I have been trying for the past 3 days. I am trying to call the home branch again without success. If this is the way the PSU’s team functions- there’s no need to reason out why others like Air India and BSNL are at the verge of joining history books- I feel very sorry for this.

After later update NRI users whose registered mobile number is not working can’t use the app as they can’t be again registered. Don’t know what does it for SBI to develop a decent usable app.

Can’t register and it’s been quite a long since they made some changes to an app. If you want customers to use the app, why can’t you take the feedback and update the application ASAP to stop the inconvenience?

Seems SBI don’t consider the customer feedback on the App. Customer experience of the application is pathetic doesn’t allow the temporary or reregistration of the account. Atleast now if SBI focus on customer experience it would help the bank retain the current customer and acquire new one’s.

New registration or registration is not Allowing temporarily.

The app crashes with latest update. Please fix it.
