Please fix your ux. who puts resend etac CTA (covering most of the space) right after etac option? Either hire proper ux expert or hire me. Also, please check with your QA (if you have one). This app is crashing when I’m about to make a transaction. Check with ios17, device iPhone 15 pro

In app when i try to scroll the top manu bar starts floating around & comes to the bottom & starts malfunctioning & don’t respond to touches. Fix this issue.

After the last update, we are facing problem in transferring money to local beneficiary. Specially who are using iOS version. The steps of forwarding to next steps doesn't show. I have contacted with customer care but they couldn't give any particular solution. Please take steps, regards.

Very slow app and Reward points are not showing.

Considering this is one of the most reputed banks, I found this app not justified to their standards. Many other apps of other banks perform far far superiorly.

Standard Chartered Bank mobile apps I am trying again and again but not logging in. I've been trying for 3-4 hours. Can anyone tell me what happened? Here it says to wait 15 minutes but after waiting I am trying the same situation.

App is asking to update but the can’t update from app store. Sort this out please.

Why can't I download this app ?! Tried at least 20 times within past few days at different times and different locations !!! It's the same result every time. Download finishes smoothly and then a message pops up saying 'unable to download this app' !!!!

They have focused on security but their app need to more user friendly as compared to other competitors app.
