Keep logged out half way of my transaction 😞

I had been your banking customer for more than 10 years, what horrific experience I had was one of the cash on cash acc payment did not appear in my app, as i have multiple installment plans that i am i currently paying, it was totally missing in the app and i didn't realise it, until my cards were blocked, now worse is, the mobile sc pin had also gone crazy, it kept prompting non stop despite the correct pin which i had already changed it once and worse it just entirely blocked me from accessing my own bank account, your app is ridiculous and it had caused me to default one of my payment and no one had gotten back to me after i had spoken to your collection department which they say just wait for investigation like they don't care. bad app and bad banking service. very disappointed

Sc My app is damn bad. Force to upgrade the app but unable to complete the device registration. It eventually lock my account and request me to call the hotline. I end up need to spend >1 hour to get the hotline response to me. What’s wrong with the implementation team. A very Low grade experience

No good..old iPhone can’t use

The apps doesn’t have push notifications mode on iOS 14.2. Please fix apps.

The app not so user friendly. And I always fail to login after few attempts till have to reset everything

The able is not smooth and stable when in use. Although the features is good and easy to use but customer want something stable when come to practical.

I have been able to use this app to access my Account until the last few months where it always say 'no internet connection' whenever I tried to log in. Yet if I were to go to the desktop version using my phone, it logs in no problem with the same internet connection.
