Lousy Apps and most features got bugs! End up need to call customer service and cs also lousy! No way to speak to agent unless select urgent case! Use apps apps and banking service! I gonna banned you forever and inform all surrounding !

Takes forever to pay duitnow QR. app lags.

This app when compared to other banking app is not only outdated but also slow. Can’t do anything besides checking your latest statement. Useless!

I have tried to repay my credit card by using the payment option on website and this terrible apps. It didn’t work, pls improve this.

Last time they have live channel support for customers but now all live channel has been closed.

Want to open an account but many issue, like take photo, button, verification fail and keep out of service.

Worst app experience ever. I thought UOB app experience is bad, and SC is just worse. What kind of UI is this? You get to see unbilled transaction, but if you make payment, you don’t get to see it, and leave myself confusing, have I actually paid? First, I have added the card to apple pay, but the add card shortcut just stays there. Second, it’s not easy to see your recent transaction. I was all wondering why my recent spending doesn’t shows? Not sure if turning the transaction on is the solution, because it shows at first then it doesn’t. For someone reading this, I know not easy to understand, but nvm, just remember the transaction doesn’t show sometimes when you need it. Let say you get credit card fraud, there’s good chance you won’t notice at first, because it just doesn’t show. Third, I have great eyesight, so, can you just freaking use a proper font size? Your font size is too big that hide a lot of details. UX is a freaking mess. Dear developers, we don’t know what are in menu like you. Hey, take a look on your competitor, so far HLB and HSBC does very good job in their app. SC, I’m cancelling my card soon, I have no confidence with your service, seriously, your app is your interface to the customer and you don’t seems to care, how do I get confidence from you?

waiting for app to publish new looks and design and more less bug. Hoping the app to looks like MAE or OCTO
